Of course I want my friends to let me help them. I want to help, too. But in no way do I want them to feel obligated to have me be their agent. If they can find someone that better fits their needs and can do a better job, then as their friend, I want them to them use the agent that fits their needs. Honesty is what I desire from my friends, clients, and family. Be honest and the agent that will help you the most.
