This is a real letter, not some generic type-font coming from a national office. My name is Phillip J. Hines, and I live in Hilltop, Virginia Beach. The fact is, you almost always need to be on the MLS to sell your home the fastest and for the most amount of money. It’s true – you need the MLS. But here’s what’s also true – you can be on the MLS for $495 with us. The biggest hurdle you face is getting access to the MLS. And while most firms in Hampton Roads block access unless you pay them thousands upon thousands of dollars, we don’t. We utilize a 2007 Virginia law that allows us to represent you as an independent contractor. This key designation allows you to reap the benefits of the MLS while also saving thousands of dollars by selling it on your own.
